Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 31, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Azul Labs LLC ("Azul Labs", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit azullabsllc.com, book a call with us or use our services.

Information we collect

  • Booking requests: when you book a call, your name, email address, company, website and anything you write in the form, plus your answers about the service you need, your timing and your budget.
  • Communications: emails and messages you send us, and notes from our calls.
  • Billing information: what we need to invoice you and receive payment. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store full card numbers.
  • Project data: information you share with us, or give us access to, so we can deliver the services.
  • Technical data: basic information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, recorded in our hosting provider's server logs.

Cookies

Our website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy first and ask for consent where the law requires it.

How we use information

  • To respond to booking requests and schedule calls.
  • To prepare proposals and deliver our services.
  • To send invoices, process payments and keep business records.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

Service providers

We share information only with providers that help us run the business, under their own privacy and security terms:

  • website hosting and email delivery;
  • payment processing and banking;
  • the software and AI tools used in a project, such as automation platforms and AI model providers.

We may also disclose information to authorities when required by law.

AI and client data

When we build automations, we process client data only on the client's instructions and only for that project. We use AI providers' business and API services, which do not use submitted data to train their models by default, and we never use client data to train AI models ourselves. We use the least access needed and remove our access when the engagement ends unless the client asks otherwise.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Booking requests that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months. We protect information with reasonable technical and organisational measures, including access controls and encrypted connections.

Where data is processed

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop using it, by emailing privacy@azullabsllc.com. We respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, for example in California or the European Union, you may have additional rights under local law, and you will not be treated differently for using them.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time and will post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
